The masterplan
Bay Grove has been released in phases of mid-rise buildings on shared landscaped podiums with basement parking, and the final phase adds four buildings with a penthouse. Homes have curved balconies, en-suite bathrooms, walk-in closets and floor-to-ceiling windows.
