- Reserve and sign the SPA. Pay 10% on booking. The developer registers through Oqood. The buyer pays the 4% DLD fee plus standard admin and Oqood fees.
- Instalments, managed. 10% one month from booking, then 5% every six months to November 2028, to the project escrow. Ovation sends reminders for each stage.
- Completion. 50% on completion, anticipated by Q2 2029. Ovation handles snagging and developer dealings through to keys and title deed.
